  Bad experience! Managers are rude, not flexible in modifying the order, food is sloppy, they are under staffed and no experience in customer service. The feel I got was that it was all about the "restaurant" and how they want things to be done and not about the customer, their experience and making sure that had a pleasant experience. We had a mojito and that also was not made correctly, it had a bitter taste to it. Vegetables seemed to be from a frozen bag and not fresh.

  Worst experience thanks to the Manager, Bill I believe his name was. We were sitting at our table waiting for food for almost 2 hours. His response to the delay as a "Holiday," and walked away with such a dry attitude. He had no intention of making us feel better about having to wait 2 hours for our food. Including my 2 year old sons chicken fingers. We're locals, with a potential bill easily over $150, and it's a shame someone who is so poorly representing your company, push away consistent customers. THANKS TO BILL THE MANAGER WE WILL NEVER DINE WITH YOU AGAIN.
