- 1 / 5By s0ur2kI have to rate this restaurant a one-star. My experience was nothing like the business summary. I walked up to the counter was not greeted nor asked to place an order. I stood by the counter for at least 2 minutes and notice no one had greeted me while three employees behind the counter. So I decided to sit down and see if other customers were greeted as they entered and left the store and they were not. I had heard great reviews of this restaurant which led me to come in. Not taking away from their amazing sandwiches, but their customer service could definitely step up a couple notches.February 19, 2017
