  So sick of this publix and their pathetic management! Are markets not responsible for providing edible safe to eat produce? I literally live across the street from this slum and am looking forward to the day they close up shop as their were three known managers in the store today whom I have had to have words with each at one time or another. I bought hamburger 85% (which they rarely even have) and an onion last night. The meat was no way 85%...they think their shoppers are stupid??? it was 90%!! and the huge last onion that I bought, when I sliced through it was completely rotten from the inside (this is common from publix as I have had the same exact issue with their bagged 5 lb potatoes on many occasions without complaint or compensation from publix, their oranges (packaged in orange mesh to make the oranges look more orange than yellow) horrible and their mangos in season. Who the hell is in charge of freshness at this store and quality control and these lazy a** disrespectful employees??? I didnt think that after being a loyal customer for the last 5 years and knowing most of the manager faces that I would need all segments of the funky rotten onion in order to ask for a new one. Yes I lost the receipt as I didnt expect to return any of my two items and wasnt about to fish through my garbage to make anything convenient for them.... I even offered two cards to see if they can credit me or locate the purchase that way. Basically I paid $2 for a rotten onion and because I trashed 30% of the returned onion, they insisted I get a SMALLER ONION OR PAY A DIFFERENCE lololol. Really? yous are lucky I didnt report yous to the health department only because their presence in south Florida food establishments appears to be non-existant. So lets sum it up.... my dinner was ruined, meat 90% instead of 85% labeled, rotten onion, dont even need an onion anymore and instead of just saying grab two since they only had small onions they made a big stink. This is not the first time with this BS....4 weeks ago a crazy deli worker insisted I jumped the line when I damn well know I didn't. Beverly was so nice that day and promised a free sub the next time I want one. Well today I saw Beverly as she joined in with the other 2 managers jumping on me about the freaking onion and she insisted that she reviewed the video from the deli incident (which I insisted she watch) 4 weeks prior and that yes I was wrong (corporate ask her to show you the video..what a witch) and jumped the line LOL...get lives publix managers you are not the publix police... nothing you can say Beverly will change the fact that I dont jump lines or people in front of me (my mother raised me right...cant say the same for you after what you said while trying to score points with the 2 managers above you that were defending the rotton weight for good weight equal exchange policy without receipt LOL)... it is a deli counter with bad low quality food presliced and wrapped in toxic plastic for many hours before being served that I can wait patiently for and only choose as a last resort.... it is not Disney world!! Psycho mismanaged and low quality!!!! I am a pro online marketer and will post a few trillion pages in google about my experience, it will include managers names in hopes that when publix dumps these idiots that knowone else hires them as they are incompetent and two faced... nothing sincere.
